Vince Tempo is a 20+ year operations leader and CEO of AAP Staffing, bringing deep expertise in construction, restoration, and large-scale project execution. His background in managing complex projects, budgets, safety programs, and vendor relationships strengthens AAP’s operational infrastructure and client delivery. Vince specializes in building efficient systems, overseeing workforce deployment, and driving disciplined execution across multiple priorities. His hands-on leadership and accountability-focused approach ensure projects are completed on time, under budget, and aligned with long-term business strategy.

Versatile, high-energy professional who supports and enhances Human Resource initiatives by driving results and contributing to team efforts by accomplishing established goals. Keen ability to partner with various departments to understand business objectives and identify corresponding Human Resource needs. When I'm not working, I'm working... growing a sports media brand with my business partner from the ground up. We have successfully allowed college writers to obtain credit hours while writing for TDT Media.
