AAP Staffing is led by Stephanie and Vince Tempo, combining over four decades of executive leadership in workforce strategy, operational execution, and performance-driven growth.
Stephanie brings more than 20 years of staffing expertise with a specialized focus on manufacturing environments. She architects scalable workforce solutions that integrate compliance, onsite management, vendor strategy, and operational efficiency. Her leadership is rooted in accountability, measurable outcomes, and building partnerships that elevate clients beyond transactional staffing into true workforce optimization.
Vince complements this vision with over 20 years of hands-on operational leadership in construction and complex project management. His strength lies in building disciplined systems, managing multi-layered initiatives, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring execution aligns with strategic objectives. His operational rigor fortifies AAP’s infrastructure and client delivery model.
