All About Personnel with Tempo Professional Services (AAP/TPS) was founded with the goal of providing high quality management consulting, and staffing services to small, medium, and large sized companies. Our primary objective in our consulting and staffing engagement is to improve our client’s profitability by increasing productivity, improving quality and competitiveness and reducing turnover by finding the right talent in your industry. During the past twenty years, staffing along with the talent has changed significantly and it is our goal to assist our clients by helping them improve their profitability by increasing their efficiency rate and reducing turnover. Our client scope are leading companies in consumer manufacturing, food manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, transportation, government, and commercial printing.
Our success in helping our clients achieve superior levels of performance and right talent is rooted in our high degree of experience and our approach to operations and recruitment. Our in-depth knowledge of our client’s industries allows us to very quickly identify opportunities for improvement and to act on them. One of the most important elements in our approach to consulting and recruitment is our commitment to implementing our recommendations jointly with our client. This collaborative effort with our clients ensures that opportunities for recruiting and process improvement will be realized short term and sustained in the long term.

Years of Experience
All About Personnel (AAP) ownership has been in the staffing industry for 20+ years working with all industries on a local, regional and national level. The executive team brings not just staffing but the actual industries we service. This gives us more of a consultative approach to our clients to effectively create a staffing model that runs specific to the client and the industry they specialize in.
AAP’s team of management and recruiters bring to the table the experience and diversity of the industries that we service. With that in mind our approach to onboarding, orientating, and recruiting is a bit different. We can weed out the candidates more effectively and at times we find needles in a haystack that others may have a hard time finding.
You're 100% correct. We pull from the same pool as the agencies and the hiring companies. However, we are a company that needs to not only sell ourselves as an employer of choice, but we need to sell our clients as the partner of choice. Our recruiters give full disclosure of AAP and the clients we represent. Transparency is everything and it needs to be given to both the candidate and the client. We want to commit to both parties what the expectations are from the beginning so that it begins with us not when the employee starts at the client. The more information both parties have the less likely to have as much attrition in your facility.
We are not a cookie cutter operation, so rates vary based on what the employee does, your comp code, volume etc. We are not the most expensive and we are not the cheapest. We want to ensure that we are putting the right program together, so we build a staffing model specific to you and your needs.
