With 20 years of staffing experience All About Personnel is a family owned, full-service staffing company that specializes in onsite programs, temporary, temp to hire placements with a professional staffing division Tempo Professional Services that specializes in skilled employees, management professionals and executive placement. I am reaching out with this message because we have been deemed essential and our doors remain open to ensure that our essential client’s needs are met. As a staffing partner to those businesses we have assisted our clients with creating new best practices to ensure that safety measures are met, additional employment needs are fulfilled while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our clients, recruiters and management teams.

It is our goal to reach out to businesses and industries such as yours as a resource should you need additional support staff that you may not be able to get today because your current providers are working remote or they aren’t fully staffed in their offices at the moment. What we have done to ensure needs are met for the current high demands we’ve had is the following:

• All our offices are sanitized daily right down to the pens being used.
• Pre-screen all candidates prior to walking in our offices and all interviews are scheduled by appointment only.
• Newly implemented government safety protocols for our employees/clients that must be adhere to prior to an employee walking into a client location to ensure a sick free work environment.
• Infrared non-touch thermometers to check temperatures of all employees and candidates that represent AAP/TPS.
• Masks provided as an option to employees that want them.

These are just a few of the changes that we have made as a business to ensure health and safety for both our clients and employees.
